I am so happy that Ralph and Razor (and everyone else) can quit saying that Jarome Iginla was the last player the Stars drafted to score 30 goals.
Recap to come sometime after the game. Well nevermind about that. There’s nothing new to recap. Stars go into the 3rd period with the lead. Stars don’t score in 3rd period. Stars take stupid penalties. Stars lose. Rinse and repeat.
The question is – can we get 5 points in the next 5 games to secure a playoff spot? Should we even make the playoffs?
I hope we see Holmqvist on Saturday.

I just found y’all through the Havoc fanatics website. It sounds like you girls could give Ralph & Razor a run for their money. I miss being able to come to the games in Dallas. My husband and I know live in Mississippi, but… I do have the hockey package through Directv and try to watch as many games as possible. I hope you will ad me to your page on myspace.

It’s sometimes hard being a fan and not living in Dallas. I went from living 3 hours north of Dallas (OKC) to 4 hours south of Dallas (San Antonio). Those are both way closer than Mississippi though.

Tammi, sometimes it’s hard being a fan living in Dallas. The last two games we went to (Anaheim and Vancouver) were pretty painful. (Except for getting to meet the Sign Girls, of course!)
I still can’t get over Turco pulling that stunt. I mean…just HOW?!?! And Daley, second game in a row, makes stupid mistake at the very end. I know they pay Turco, Norstrom and Daley big bucks and they’re supposed to be experienced veterans but I really really really want to see some accountability for their bad plays. Put in the younger guys and see what happens. Could it be that much worse? (And yes, we were at the game where Holmer started. He was getting no help up front and I didn’t think he was given a chance to recover, so we still don’t really know what he can do.)
I wish Marty would at least be able to back up his actions when he does something like that. I remember Eddie doing stuff like that, but then he wouldn’t give up a goal while shorthanded.
Don’t get me started on Daley and Norstrom… but I actually think Norstrom played relatively well (for him.. not for a $4+ million player).

Nortstrom has not earned his pay since he came here . He is little more than a very over-paid pylon . Daley just makes too many mistakes and freaks out far too often .
I like that, Adam! An over-paid pylon! That is a great way to put Norstrom.
