Geez…Our little twinkles certainly have no “pep in their steps” recently, do they? I would imagine they aren’t too thrilled with it either, but it sure is frustrating to watch such odiferous refuse resulting from these past two games. I commend Winchester for the lone goal in tonight’s game against Phoenix, but 1 goal isn’t winning when the opponent scores 2.
I spent most of the game working on my organic chemistry lab notebook rather than watching the game, but that’s only because when I looked up there was nothing worth watching on the ice. When the guys play this way it looks like they are returning to the way they used to play most of the time back around 2003: lagging, lame, lackluster, and any other appropriate word you’d like to insert here. It’s not much fun to watch games like that when the Stars don’t put the effort in and can’t get diddly done in the zone. It’s frustrating and obnoxious watching that kind of play! Yuck!
Better luck next time, guys? Let’s hope so….
My next “artistic” project for the games has begun, and soon I’ll reveal my (hopefully) masterpiece mask! 🙂
Until next time, Stars fans!
